The Super Intensity Grade PC reflective sheeting is a new type of reflective material that utilizes an advanced micro-prismatic design and a continuous, wide-format manufacturing process to achieve a high coefficient of retroreflection. It ensures excellent uniformity and stability of retroreflective performance across its surface. Manufactured from PC material characterized by high light transmission, superior weather resistance, and high impact strength, the product delivers reflective intensity far exceeding that of other reflective films in the same class.
PC micro-prismatic reflective film is a prismatic reflective film designed for digital printing. The product innovatively utilizes a modified PC (polycarbonate) material, offering features such as ease of printing (including digital, screen, and inkjet printing), a comprehensive weather resistance of 3–5 years, and high-standard retro-reflection coefficients.
It is recommended for use in reflective signage for rural roads; reflective markings on traffic infrastructure such as bollards, utility poles, and signal posts; reflective vehicle decals; and safety warnings for work zones.
Additionally, after printing or inkjet imaging, the product can be laminated with our company’s PMMA optical protective film; this not only enhances surface abrasion resistance but also extends overall weather resistance to 5–7 years, meeting the standards required for high-grade signage and markers.
